Cotton Sports Club, also known as Cotton Sportif de Garoua, is a football club based in Garoua, Cameroon. The club was founded in 1953 and has since become one of the most successful football clubs in the country.

Cotton Sports Club was established in 1953 by workers of the Cameroon Development Corporation (CDC), a state-owned agro-industrial company. The club initially participated in regional competitions before gaining promotion to the national league.

In the early years, Cotton Sports Club struggled to make an impact at the national level. However, they experienced a breakthrough in the 1970s when they won their first national championship in 1974. This success was followed by another title win in 1977.
