The Second Thing you need to, is to make sure that you have the CRDB Simbanking App, if you do not have it yet on your phone then download it.

How to Transfer Money from CRDB Bank to Other Banks using Phone – Simbanking App – the Steps.
1) Open the CRDB Simbanking App on your Phone and enter your Pin.
2) Tap / Click on the ‘Transfers’ Icon on the Bottom section Menus of your App
3) Tap / Click on the Option of ‘ Other Banks ‘
4) Select the Account number that you want to Transfer From (This is Important if you have more than one CRDB Account )
5) Select the Beneficiary bank Name from the Dropdown List, e.g : Stanbic Bank
6) Enter the Beneficiary Account Number: E.g : 9120xxxxxx2x0
7) Enter the Beneficiary Full Name , E.g : John McDonald Hamisi
8) Input the Amount that you Want to Transfer, E.g : 20,000
9) Enter the Transfer Description, E.g ” Rent Money”.
10) Tap / Click on the ‘Proceed’ Button at the bottom of your screen .
11) On the Next Screen , which is the confirmation screen, Tap / Click on the ‘Confirm’ Button.
After completing the Steps above successfully, Shortly Thereafter you will receive an SMS confirming the Transaction. Also you will get and option to download or share the Transaction Receipt on your Phone.
